Maybe you don't know this yet, but NORAD tracks Santa's flight every year. However, this year (as far as I know it is the first), NORAD has teamed with Google and is plotting the flight using Google Maps, and actual video footage using Google Earth. This is an amazing melding of different technologies. The footage is available at YouTube.
